Remember the house in Arlington, where the owners were operating a swingers club? I believe they called it Eutopia.
Well, Eutopia is no more. Sorry folks! If you were looking for a good time this weekend, David and Shannon Esopenko are moving on, literally.
They are tired of fighting the city of Arlington to keep the club open, so they are moving out of the neighborhood. Arlington Deputy City Manager Jay Parajon told them back in January that they are illegally running a business in a residential area.
It looks like the house will back on the market sometime today.
If I was the buyer I would be doing a complete interior demo and remodel. For sure it’s a home that’s already seen lots of…offers.
